About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the booking system at enchantednailsnm.com and your interactions with Royal Enchanted Nails and Spa (the “salon,” “we,” “us”). By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Booking an appointment

Online booking is available at enchantednailsnm.com/book. You must provide accurate name, email, and mobile phone number information. Appointment confirmation is delivered by email and (if you opt in to SMS) by text message. Services are settled at the salon at checkout — we do not collect online payment or deposits at this time.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or modify your appointment at any time using the manage link in your confirmation email or by calling the salon at (505) 706-8559. We appreciate as much advance notice as you can give. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may, at our discretion, require a deposit on future bookings.

SMS messaging program

Program name: Royal Enchanted Nails and Spa appointment notifications.

Program description: Transactional SMS related to your specific appointment, including booking confirmation, a reminder approximately 24 hours before your appointment, a reminder approximately 2 hours before your appointment, and cancellation notification if applicable.

Message frequency: Up to four (4) messages per appointment booked. Frequency depends entirely on your booking activity — we do not send recurring marketing or promotional messages.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Royal Enchanted Nails and Spa does not charge for messages it sends.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further SMS will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment — your booking remains valid, but you will only receive email reminders going forward.

How to get help: Reply HELP to any text message for support contact information, or contact the salon directly at the number/email below.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Phone numbers are used solely for transactional SMS related to your appointment. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information you share with us exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Salon conduct and safety

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for guests who are abusive, intoxicated, or whose behavior threatens the safety or comfort of staff or other guests. Guests are responsible for disclosing any nail, skin, or health conditions that may affect service safety prior to treatment.

Limitation of liability

The salon, its staff, and operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the booking system or services provided, beyond what is required by applicable law. Services are performed by licensed New Mexico nail technicians using standard professional products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
